we have experience with most aspects of development and consulting in the spirits and distillery world. we helped develop a 70,000 bl/year distillery and a large cooperage project. we have consulted on licensing & compliance, labeling, distillery software development, distillery valuation, and private branding. we have also sourced new & aged spirits and barrels, negotiated contract maturation and bottling services for clients, conducted research, and worked as expert witnesses on a federal bourbon case. we are currently involved in a rickhouse development, ppm development and funding for other spirits industry projects. in addition to core spirits industry experience, consultants on our team have backgrounds that include construction, a&e, efficiency engineering, real estate sales and development, bottling, labeling, marketing, distribution, business planning, streaming operations, and feasibility studies, which gives us access to more rounded and creative solutions for our clients.
