like many birds, human beings also move continously from one to another place. they do this for different reasons like to be safe, to fulfil their basic life requirements, to expand their life experiences and to grow beyond their limits. but unlike the birds humans mostly get attached to persons, places and properties. this attachment makes it difficult to grow beyond these limits. migration is a proces that demads coming out of your comfort zones. also it requires understanding, patience, flexibilty and stamina from people who migrate. in order to go through these challenges migrats have to grow their knowledge, self confidence, and emotional intelligence. after 25 years of working as a medical doctor, coach and counsellor, with thousands of people of different backgrounds, cultures and problems, i realise that everyone has almost same needs, desires, wishes and fears. it is my mission to empower migrats / humans to deal with their fears and to live a fulfilled life with more self-a
