Spir Speaking Fraternity

spir speaking fraternity was established in october 2019. it is based in the school of politics and international relations, quaid-i-azam university, islamabad. this academic, public speaking platform is aimed at cultivating a culture of healthy debates in spir. it brings together the most vibrant students of the department at least once a week. a diverse range of events are conducted by students through this platform: model talk shows, public speaking sessions, declamation contests, parliamentary and presidential debates, model united nations, and seminars. this society is managed by an organising team, which is selected by a transparent, competitive, and fair methodology, which enables the most deserving students to handle its reins. the team serves for one year. the entire platform is governed by a constitution, which includes rules of various procedures and codes of conduct in minute detail. notably, it is a student-founded and student-run society. the diversity of thou
