Spokane Treatment and Recovery Services (Stars)

stars provides sobering, detoxification and referral to treatment for persons suffering from alcoholism and other forms of chemical dependency. our goal is to offer those who are chemically dependent a humane approach to treatment, with a special emphasis placed on individualization and maintaining rights and dignity. services are available 24 hours a day seven days a week for both adults and adolescents. programs offered are: • sub-acute detoxification • sobering unit services • detox enhancement program (dep) • adolescent program • emergency service patrol (esp) • involuntary treatment program (ita) • clean and sober housing • co-occurring intensive outpatient program (co-iop)
