sport bc believes everyone is an athlete – whatever their sport, whatever their level. our passion for sport is a passion for building strong, healthy communities by giving everyone in bc the opportunity to be the athletes they are. for over forty years, sport bc has proudly been the federation for organized amateur sport in british columbia, representing more than 80 member organizations including 65 provincial sport organizations, as the voice of amateur sport in british columbia. at sport bc, services and advocacy are at the heart of how we help our member sport organizations grow and succeed. sport bc provides a wide range of services aimed at benefiting our members and participants in amateur sport. our operations include kidsport, a national charity that helps 60,000 kids play organized sports every year, and allsport insurance, a boutique insurance firm that provides insurance to sport events across canada
