sport & active living service. promoting sport physical activity in bolton in line with #bolton2030 vision. we are the sport development team for bolton council working with a wide range of organisations, clubs, groups and individuals in the public, private and voluntary sector. the team's main aims are to: • increase participation in sport and physical activity for children, young people, adults and older people to create safer, stronger, healthier communities • develop a club / group network which provides quality and accessible sport and physical activity • to promote / develop and sustain a quality, enthusiastic workforce • to manage and develop existing and new or improved facilities • to promote the bolton mark inclusion accreditation • to safeguard schools and clubs coaching provision with the coach and instructor register • to work in line with the bolton 2030 vision of making a bolton an active, connected and prosperous town #community #events #development #active
