Sport Performance Therapy

sport performance therapy, llc was established in 2013. our purpose is to create a successful, thriving massage therapy clinical space that empowers therapists to provide the best treatments possible for each client. we strive to meet the manual therapy needs of state college, pa and surrounding areas. we do this by creating individualized treatments plans based on postural and movement assessments. our goal is to help each client return to their fullest functioning level after an injury, maintain current functional levels and decrease pain and overall stress. we treat existing injuries, provide preventative maintenance, and educate our clients about their bodies. we believe that movement is medicine.
