sportfit support services ltd was founded in 2012, with a vision - to make a positive difference to the lives of young people. sportfit’s ongoing mission is to sustain this vision by providing the highest quality of person-centred support to each and every young person within our service. whether it be sportfit’s post 16 high needs supported accommodation services; independent living provisions; domiciliary care & activity support division or the education department – the aim is straightforward - to offer excellent packages that are bespoke to each young person. through individualised support and risk management planning, progressive outcomes are identified and worked towards. these outcomes provide every young person with opportunities to experience achievement, success and sometimes setbacks (which we believe are often the most valuable learning opportunities). throughout a young person’s journey with sportfit, our committed staff teams work hard to build a sense of independence;
