sportief in het groen (anke hazeleger) streeft naar een wereld waarin mensen zich gezond voelen in een schone & opgeruimde omgeving. de 3 projecten waar ik mij nu op richt zijn: 1. op weg naar een gezonde leefstijl ik bied 1 op 1 begeleiding aan om toe te werken naar een gezonde leefstijl die bij jou past. we zijn tijdens de gesprekken zoveel mogelijk buiten en in beweging. samen kiezen we uit welke sporten we gaan uitoefenen. tijdens de sportmomenten gaan we in gesprek over welke kleine veranderingen jij kunt doen om je gezonder te voelen. 2. plog it up de bilt ik stimuleer buurtbewoners om sportief zwerfafval op te ruimen. dit doen we in groepen, al wandelend en hardlopend. daarnaast kan iedereen uit gemeente de bilt bij mij een plogpakket lenen met onder andere afvalgrijpers en handschoenen om in hun eigen wijk aan de slag te gaan. 3. clinics voor scholen en bedrijven wil je met teambuilding aan de slag of dat kinderen leren over zwerfafval? ik bied een sportieve clinic op maat
