Sports Active Coaching

sports active coaching is passionate about sport and offers a wide range of programmes to keep people healthy in body and mind. we have an emphasis on improving sporting technique, creating awareness of the importance of health and nutrition and also enhancing the personality and up skilling young people. sports active coaching deliver the following types of programmes: schools in these sessions we offer ppa cover, cpd training, inset day training in all sports and enrichment programmes. during these sessions we are looking to improve the personality as well as the technique of the individual. we do this by using the growth mindset and being the best you can be. this allows us to work on resilience, team work and leadership skills for example. we also offer clubs which are morning, lunch and after school. further to this we also offer breakfast and after school care provision. social inclusion these sessions use sport as a hook to get young people between the ages of 11-24 years old in
