sports education and leadership services (seal) develops and delivers tailored training programs and packages in team management, coaching, athlete leadership, governance, volunteer management, presenter/assessor training and sports administration. seal owns, delivers and also offers train the trainer licenses in its sportsmanager suite of programs. this tiered suite of programs include the level 1 orientation to sports team management, level 2 managing senior club and representative teams and level 3 managing national and national league teams programs. alumni of the level 3 program have been from organizations such as swimming australia, athletics australia, the australian institute of sport, australian rugby union, anz netball championship teams, cricket australia, basketball australia, golf australia, australian university sport and football federation victoria, among others. seal is a training agency for the australian sports commission, delivering their ncas and noas courses and
