we are a team of athletes that works with race directors, event organizers, and individuals to recycle extra and unwanted road race, endurance event, sport and academic medals. we use the recycling proceeds to fund our charity/fundraising endurance event minimums, or to donate to other athletes fundraising for 501(c) nonprofit organizations. help keep recyclable metal, textiles, plastic and cardboard out of landfills and help support some great charities. if we are not fundraising for ourselves, we donate to fellow athletes fundraising for endurance events online directly or through an "athlete fundraising match challenge." once a month, we challenge a fundraising athlete to raise a certain dollar amount online on their fundraising webpage within a certain time frame. if they do, we match the donations raised dollar for dollar. we do this to help boost fundraising athletes who need help hitting their minimums. since 2016, we have recycled over 40,000 pounds of metal, textile ribbons, p
