sports therapy involves using knowledge and skills to treat sports injuries and offer advice on how to prevent the injuries from reoccurring. we can use a range of techniques and modalities to aid the recovery of each individual injury. bespoke exercise and rehabilitation programs are designed for each client, to suit their specific requirements for them to reach their own personal end goals. all of these are transferable skills that can be completed in both sports injuries clinics or within sports team environments. with the added knowledge of emergency trauma care, aed training and pitchside emergency first aid; we are able to work alongside sports teams and events to help players and athletes to maintain match fitness as well as treating any injuries that occur. i have 3 years experience working within a semi professional football club as the sole therapist, as well as 3 years experience working with various youth age groups through the esfa and gsfa footballing set ups.
