sportsiq is a combination of health mentorship and empowering lifestyle practices for families and youth to better understand their choices for healthy living. sportsiq youth programming brings a fun element of sports & movement development with the integration of leadership, teamwork and healthy lifestyle choices that will include; breathwork, grounding, proper nutrients, hydration and the incorporation of many stress-reducing techniques. our goal is to not only help the "athlete" to develop, but to educate the person to make healthly choices as an athlete or a weekend warrior. at the siq bioresonance health suite we use frequency to measure & balance energy within the body to optimize cellular health. then, in collaboration with proper hydration & nutrients, frequency positively encourages the bodies process of renewal, restoration and re-growth, making cells resilient to natural fluctuations or events that cause disturbance or damage. the combination of teaching families and childr
