sportstraider tries to encourage kids and help them excel. here's how we do this. through used and discount sports kit shops we make specialist clothing and equipment affordable to youngsters for whom such items would be an inaccessible luxury. and we channel the money we raise back where it belongs - into grass-roots sport for children and young people. sportstraider uses proceeds generated from its retail units to fund coaching, access to facilities such as sports clubs and gyms - and even the transport required to get talented but disadvantaged aspiring athletes to training. the revenues raised through sportstraider shops and other fund-raising initiatives help children and young people in local communities get into sport. we will fund time on tennis courts, in swimming pools, gyms and other playing and training facilities. as participants advance in skills, we will help them acquire the specialist kit they need – clothing, footwear, sports equipment, and so on. buying kit outright
