Spot Coffee

we are a speciality coffee roaster on the sunshine coast — born out of love for a good brew and a desire to close the loop from crop to cup. spot is the brainchild of coffee slinger and all round boss, kiara stegman and coffee nerd and roaster extraordinaire, craig hale. we believe that good coffee needs to be shared and this is exactly what we plan to do. our mission is to deliver everyone a good, honest hot cuppa jo! as a team, there’s a desire to do good, to be good. it’s about closing the loop on everything we do – how we treat our employees, the community, the environment. there’s transparency and integrity in everything we do… except the roasting, there might be a few secrets there ;) spot has a rebellious side when it comes to roasting coffee — roasting itself is meticulous and orderly, you’re often working with constraints, recipes and rules to make sure you deliver a premium roast. this is what makes a good roaster. but what makes an even greater roaster is knowing when to fo
