spotless recruitment is a social enterprise which means that rather than being solely motivated by the need to maximise profits for shareholders instead our social mission is to return surplus profits to communities for use on community based projects. specialising in the construction & property, driving & industrial, social housing and commercial sectors we are able to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions at all levels from managerial to unskilled through south wales and the south west. as a not for profit organisation we then create a community investment fund from our surplus proftis, this fund is paid out either at project completion or financial year end for use on community projects as voted by local residents, clients and other members of the supply chain.
