at spotless, our mission is to help people be free of items that clutter up their valuable space. we see a cluttered garages/homes as a valuable opportunity that can make our customers money. how does it work? our simple platform allows customers to schedule a time for the spotless team to go and give an evaluation of the items that need to be hauled away. if the items in question have value, we give a competitive estimate of the value on the used market and take a small percentage of the value for the resale process. our percentages vary depending on the overall value of each item being sold. if the owner is satisfied with the given estimate, we proceed with the removal and cleaning of the garage or area where the items are stored. we also provide junk removal of items that don't hold value. after the service is completed, our customers receive a check from spotless for the items that are being purchased for resale. we pride ourselves in giving our customers the opportunity to make mo
