spotlightai is a b2b saas middleware tool, designed to help organizations share their sensitive data more safely. we break the problem down into three steps: identification, anonymization, and sharing. first, we use nlp and ocr techniques to detect personal information markers in unstructured datasets. once these markers have been indexed by our system, our role-based sharing mechanism allows data owners to anonymize (via redaction and masking) certain features of the data before sharing with downstream individuals. permissions are also time-bound, reducing not only what someone can see, but how long they see it.
