Spring Pilates, Yoga & Fitness

we are a community fitness and wellness center located in the heart of chicago's northcenter neighborhood. we have a fully-equipped pilates studio offering private pilates training, small group apparatus classes and mat pilates classes. in addition to pilates, our personal trainers specialize in gymnastics strength training (gst), trx, and kettlebells. we also offer nia and taiji, as well as, a full schedule of yoga classes including vinyasa, ashtanga, budokon, and restorative yoga.
