i have been the principal of this school since july 1, 2013. previously, i was the principal of j.a. chalkley for six years. before working in chesterfield county i was an elementary school principal for three years in wallingford, ct, an elementary school assistant principal in lincoln, ri and an elementary classroom teacher in grades 5, 4, 2 and kindergarten in ct and pa for thirteen years. i graduated with my administrative degree from the university of ct, my masters degree is in elementary education from boston university and my undergraduate degree is from the university of massachusetts at amherst. i currently reside in midlothian with my wife, four children and our dog max. i enjoy spending time with my family, reading, music, and travel.
