spring11 was founded in the spring of 2011 to provide commercial real estate consulting and advisory services. the company is headquartered in manhattan with offices in atlanta, london, and chennai, india. we have a diverse client base including cmbs originators, investment banks, b-piece buyers, and equity investors. as an independent company with a diverse client list, we are not institutionally bound, nor captive to any single dominant client. spring11 has passed rigorous procurement reviews used by the largest, most sophisticated financial institutions in the world. these include insurance, security and operations reviews, and validation of physical controls designed to protect the confidentiality of all client and proprietary information. spring11’s principals and management team bring years of cre advisory and international due diligence experience to the table. combined with a staff of highly-skilled employees with diverse expertise in the debt, equity and development businesses
