springboard philippines, founded in 2013, is a group of companies based mainly in metro manila that focuses on hr outsourcing solutions for local and international clients. sbph are composed of: • springboard search, a volume hr placement center that connects majority of local bpos to both fresh and experienced talents; • springboard career academy, a tesda-accredited training and development center that focuses on english proficiency, soft skills, and contact center service curricula; • springboard select, an executive search firm that focuses on engineering and it niches for both local and international clients; and • springboard translate, an arm that concentrates on multilingual (majority mandarin and cantonese) translation, training and development for enterprise networks. we have built and grown a broad solution in the philippine hr field. we are continuing to build satellite teams in different location in the country to continue to develop next wave cities like batangas, bulacan
