springboard road show foundation is a not-for-profit civil society organisation initiated by albert & comfort ocran, promoters of the annual springboard road show, the virtual university radio broadcasts and other youth development and mentoring initiatives. it is registered under the laws of ghana and overseen by a five-member governing board comprising senior professionals and achievers from various sectors. the foundation organises different activities. these include 1. motivational road shows 2. mentoring programmes and 3. diverse media interventions across ghana, africa and for people of african descent. our pursuit of this unique assignment is undergirded by the principles of humility, exemplary leadership and discipline (held)
