the business of springboard umbrella company was acquired by the present owners. the previous owners had built a successful business and had established a good market position for springboard, however the business lacked the sophistication and processes required to grow and we felt we could add real value to the springboard brand. since may 2011 we have made significant investments in it infrastructure, introduced sophisticated back office software to ensure full compliance with the agency worker regulations, and implemented a new contractor portal providing real time information to our employees. other developments included the launch of a new web site, and the appointment of a dedicated compliance and contracts manager to ensure we offer great levels of customer service. today springboard is a market leading umbrella company, we seek to offer great service and great value whilst never compromising on our approach to compliance. we are accredited by professional passport and are m
