we are part proptech business and part caring "landlord". we hold leases to 4 buildings in west london which we sublet to young professionals. what do we do? apart from providing accommodation, we marry technology and property sourcing to help fight against one of the worst public health crises of our time - loneliness. how do we do this? our automated virtual ml agent improves every aspect of the letting ecosystem, such as the use of natural language processing to reach and attract tenants at a rate that 30 human agents at any highstreet lettings company would struggle to compete with. once we find the perfect tenants we house them in a collective community where they can meet best friends, lovers and business partners all under one roof. our ecosystem is managed by a select committee who inculcate our culture of care and friendship. we have a worldclass platform to deal with maintenance quick and easy. some say we're a cult, but we prefer community :)
