spring break maple & honey is located in northern maine in the small rural town of smyrna. here we have built our business from the ground up, established in 1998. our first year we processed only 17 gallons of syrup and today we have grown to process approximately 3000 gallons a year. we have been committed to maintaining sustainable growth on the principles of renewable resource management, local farming and land stewardship. as our customer demands have risen we find we are in need of a bigger processing facility so 2013 we will be building a facility that will allow us to become more efficient and also allow us to process more faster. our candies will still be made in small batches so that we can provide a fresh product for our customers. retail and wholesale.
