springfield healthcare group has 50 years experience in delivering health and social care services to the people of yorkshire and beyond. in fact, we celebrated 50 years in business at the same time that we opened the chocolate works care village, york, in 2017. beginning with a family owned care home in garforth, west yorkshire in 1967, we’ve been growing ever since and now have over 1200 staff supporting people in their own homes and in our care villages. we currently have 350 care beds in our four care homes across york and leeds and each of our homes is supported by a regional management team to ensure that we consistently meet the highest standards of care.
