springtime solutions is building a platform to facilitate loan referrals between the banking community and alternative lenders in exchange for referral fees. banks have loans that they can't or don't fund as a part of their lending models and the alternative lenders need more loans to fund. springtime capital solutions takes in loan referrals from the banks, shows the borrower their best loan options from registered lenders, and then passes them on to their lender of choice for funding. once the loan is funding by that lender, the money is deposited into the borrower’s account at the referring bank and springtime is paid a referral fee by the lender; which it splits in thirds with the core banking platform and referring bank. springtime also accepts direct applications. springtime does not make any credit decisions or take on any risk from the loans. springtime’s primary borrower acquisition strategy and differentiation is to take in referrals from the banking community via the core ba
