sprout daily is a chronicle of manly’s seaside lifestyle. as the sun rises each morning the sprout daily lenses are squarely focused on the early birds that surf, swim, run and dance their way across manly’s panorama. although we may stray from time to time to sample the early morning lifestyle of beaches and towns up and down the coast, we’re never far from our home in manly. beyond the beach we take an active role in the local manly community. we keep our eyes and ears out for news and events and local happenings. we surf, we swim, we run, we yogi. sprout daily loves manly!
