erik d. spurlin, esq., ll.m. is the managing member of spurlin ltd., a full-service law firm with a primary focus on business advisory services, estate planning and administration, and tax planning and defense. erik is a graduate of arizona state university, where he received his b.a. and m.a. in political science. erik received his j.d. from temple university beasley school of law, where he also earned his ll.m. in taxation. erik was associated with hartman shurr in wyomissing, pa from 2010 to 2012, where his practice was focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, estate planning, and business law. he then became associated with appel & yost in lancaster, pa, where his attention was devoted primarily to business and commercial law, estate planning and administration, and tax law. erik represents a variety of individual and business clients in lancaster, berks, dauphin, york, chester, montgomery, and bucks counties. erik currently lives in lancaster with this wife, diana d’auria spurlin
