sqi, inc. was founded in 1972 and is located in mukilteo, wa. we serve the greater puget sound area and we are strictly a commercial roofing contractor specializing in commercial roofing and sheet metal. our specialty is roofing primarily flat roofs on new or existing buildings. our company installs single ply membranes fully adhered and mechanically attached. these membranes include tpo, pvc, epdm, ”rubber” and kee evaloy roof systems. we also install sbs torch down roofing and have certa trained roof applicators for fire safety. we are long time licensed roof applicators for firestone building products, fibertite, and carlisle syntec. these three key industry leading manufactures allow us to provide up to a manufactures 20 year warranty that includes all cost for both material and labor for roof replacement if failure occurs. this warranty also covers any roof leaks that may occur for the term of the warranty.
