squadra corse (italian for "racing team") of polytechnic university of turin is an italian team formed in 2005 by a group of automotive engineering students, brought together by the passion for motorsports. today, 10 years later, it is a well-established organization, involving more than 100 students, accurately selected every year out of over 500 applicants, coming from different engineering fields and representing the excellence of our university worldwide. the team deals with the design, production, and testing of a new single-seater open-wheel racecar for each racing season, and later competing with it in formula sae events. starting from 2012, we decided to go one step further towards innovation, focusing on full-electric vehicles..
