square one services is locally owned and serves the greater chicagoland area – from downtown through north shore reaching the border of wisconsin. we provide professional mechanical and manual residential demolition services for single family homes, apartments and condominiums on both a large and a small scale, from residential powder rooms to commercial buildings. our wide range of expertise allows us to offer services that are not just limited to deconstruction but also debris removal, moving materials, basic job site preparation and clean up – both inside and out. our debris processing and procedures increase our ability recycle and/or reuse building materials. we sort materials by type and separate them for recycling or reuse. we have the work history, specialized labor and modern equipment to safely prepare its clients’ sites for the next phase of development. our mission is to be the preferred demolition company for contractors by providing comprehensive services, educated and
