squarehill provides a range of services including portfolio analysis and risk segmentation through to a comprehensive portfolio risk mitigation service. squarehill also works with other funding groups interested in acquiring pre-existing portfolios of interest only mortgages or in providing hedging solutions. squarehill designs and implements solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client and to address potential risks including: the quality of advice given on products (“regulated” or ”unregulated” advice); the impact on capital and provisioning if the repayment profile of the portfolio varies adversely from that projected; products and structures not reflecting current legislation and regulation; tcf issues associated with levels of customer contact and servicing; borrowers needing refinancing solutions not available from their existing lender.
