founded in 2010 by kathryn mcconnell and brandi varnell, friends and business partners brought together by a series of small-world scenarios. squeaky bicycle productions is fueled by our hunger to create new exciting work in the city we love and commitment to support and encourage the many brilliant playwrights, talented actors, and innovative creators whom we are fortunate to know our mission: squeaky bicycle productions is committed to providing an outlet for emerging artists to explore new works through development and performance. we dedicate ourselves to providing american playwrights with new york city venues for the workshopping and performance of their pieces. we utilize professional actors who transcend type, and directors and creative teams with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
