sramek biodynamics inc. which was previously known as bomed mm. founded by dr. b. bo sramek in 1980. it has an expertise in teb (thoracic electrical bioimpedance) technology and modern hemodynamic management of patients. in 1983 - bomed mm became a public corporation (nasdaq - bomd) in 1985 - teb noninvasive cardiac output monitor (nccom3) was clinically evaluated over 50 published clinical studies. in 1993 - the company was later renamed as cardiodynamics int'l corp (cdic); dr. sramek left the company. in 1994 - nccom3 was repackaged and renamed as bioz by dr. sramek in 1995 - dr. sramek introduced patented new tebco technology and obtained fda 510(k) in 2008 - bomed inc was incorporated as r&d and consulting company. in 2016 - all intellectual property (ips) related to nccom3, teb and tebco technology returned to dr. sramek in 2018 - mr. toney km lam as a leading investor to acquire ips and partnered with dr. sramek to form sramek biodynamics inc. which focus on developing smart me
