in 2007 is stichting eropaf opgericht. voor het verspreiden van kennis en informatie over het outreachende werk. voor hulpbehoevenden die zelf de weg naar de hulpverlening niet meer maken. voor de hulpverleners is eropaf een mogelijkheid om professionaliteit en transparant handelen invulling te geven. om de handelingsverlegenheid die aanwezig kan zijn te doorbreken, zodat er ruimte ontstaat voor de overgang van beroepszeer naar beroepseer, door eropaf te gaan. the eropaf! foundation since 2007 a smal cooperative organisation who's aim is to stimulate professionals orientation on the actual lives of people and to operate in the frontlines of society. the eropaf network wants to speed up the process of sharing knowledge and experiences between professionals and all others interested in outreaching social work. the network provides knowledge to new initiatives. connects learning practices of science and professionals. this happens by developing projects and pilots in the netherlands and o
