st. brides care is where every child matters and quality care is our mission. we work in collaboration with our young people, parents and professionals to ensure that all our young people thrive and achieve positive outcomes. we offer a high level of one to one support to young people thus being able to commit to individual needs.we pride ourselves on ensuring our committed and diverse staff team have created a friendly and homely environment, where our young people flourish - becoming independent and confident in themselves and in everything they do. we use our local community and sport to encourage growth and personal development. our aim is to ensure the one to one staff to resident ratio is used to encourage young peoples aspirations. this is reduced down when young people show us by their actions that they do not need this. our staff are committed to ensuring all children have opportunities within their local community. we support keeping children and young people involved
