St. Cloud Downtown Council & Alliance Foundation

we work on behalf of our members for the betterment of downtown, the heart of the region, and to provide leadership and resources needed to build a dynamic and diverse community that is the regional center for arts, culture, history, commerce and entertainment. the downtown council is a 501(c)4 nonprofit membership organization; the downtown alliance foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization. we bring together the interest of downtown's private sector community with the interests of the city and county administration and elected leaders. our members are located throughout the greater st. cloud region, large and small in varying industries.
