established in 1983, st george college was the first orthodox college in south australia. it is an independent, co-educational school catering for students from pre-entry to year 12. the college provides high quality education that is premised on the values, the ethos, the culture and beliefs that derive from the orthodox faith. ♦ our mission 'to provide quality education which meets the needs and aspirations of individual students, educates the whole person and prepares students to effectively and successfully meet the challenges of the 21st century'. therefore we continually aim to increase the social, cultural and linguistic diversity of our college community as part of our commitment to embracing the principles and dynamism of an evolving multicultural australia.
