founded in 1984, st. john holdings, inc. (radnor, pa) is the umbrella organization for a total of approximately 25 different corporate and partnership entities, including four wholly-owned operating subsidiaries and approximately 20 separate commercial real estate investments. our operating companies are located in pennsylvania, delaware and new jersey. our commercial real estate holdings are national in scope with concentrations in the delaware valley and the harrisburg, pa area. currently we have approximately 650 employees and $80 million in annual revenues. as part of our overall business plan and structure, and in order to retain and motivate personnel, st. john established an employee stock ownership plan (“esop”) in 1986. today, the st. john holdings esop trust owns 100% of the stock of the company in trust for its employees as their primary retirement benefit.
