st john is a boutique consultancy run by ian and katherine mountford. after many years working in the recruitment industry we have grown tired of poor service levels, a lack of value for money and overall disappointment faced by clients working with recruiters. recruiting people who match the culture and required skills can transform a business. that’s what we are passionate about. we want to prove that recruitment doesn’t have to be difficult and expensive. we want to change the way recruitment is viewed and demonstrate the positive influence on a business that great recruitment can be. we have launched st john and created our own big10 strategic framework, enabling us to help companies achieve strategic value through recruitment. we work closely with key stakeholders - typically sme owner-managers, senior executives and/or hr leaders. between us we have significant in-house and recruitment agency experience spanning a range of services, sectors and functions on a local and glob
