st mary’s church of england primary is a three-form entry, multi-culturally diverse school, situated minutes from historic southampton’s city centre! in 2022, we welcome a new headteacher and begin our journey towards becoming an outstanding educational establishment in southampton. we invest in our teachers - recognising that well-being should be at the heart of everything we do. in this regard, staff have access to expertly-planned curricula and pre-designed lesson visuals - these are tailored carefully to classes and need. we limit the burden of unwieldy lesson planning and focus on what’s important - sequence and trajectory of learning. and part of our ‘staff charter’ enables teachers to book a day during the academic year in our bid to ‘give back’ to you. our pupils deserve the best experience we can offer. our curriculum is ambitious and exciting - culminating in termly celebrations where (regardless of ability) we showcase the knowledge and skills pupils have acquired. given
