st. michael's legal center for women and children, inc. (smlc), formed in 2009, is a mission of christ the king catholic church, tampa. smlc serves persons in hillsborough, pinellas, pasco, hernando, and citrus counties. the main purpose of the corporation is to provide legal advice and representation in the areas of family law, including child support, visitation, custody, and dissolution of marriage. smlc may also provide advice and representation in other areas that impact families economically, such as assisting persons facing foreclosure; represent clients in other areas of the law; and provide legal information to the community.
