St. Agnes Parish

we, the people of st. agnes parish, concord, california, by virtue of our baptism in jesus christ are called to be a faith community. as church we are charged to spread the word of god to our members and to the world around us. we are an institutionalized servant community on a god-centered journey of faith. as a community, we grow together personally and as a body by the power of the holy spirit acting through our interpersonal relationships. as servant, we are a people who make a difference in our parish and our society by reaching out in care and concern. as institution, we are bound together in unity under the leadership of our holy father, the pope, and our local bishop. with catholics throughout the world, we share the church's life-giving mission of healing and reconciliation.
