St. Tammany Federal Credit Union

st. tammany federal credit union was chartered in 1957 for the benefit of st. tammany parish school board employees and their family members. in 2014 to better serve st. tammany parish we opened our membership to st. tammany parish sherriff office and st. tammany parish hospital. for many years the credit union operated in space made available by slidell junior high school. later, the credit union rented office space and finally in 2002 the credit union’s main office location at 862 brownswitch road in slidell was completed. property located at 720 robert blvd. was purchased in november 2011. renovations were completed at the end of the first quarter of 2012. the main office moved from 862 brownswitch road to 720 robert blvd in march 2012. in december 2016, st tammany federal union purchased the old capital one building located at 550 pontchartrain dr. renovations were completed, and the credit union relocated to 550 pontchartrain dr. in june 2017. our covington branch also exp
