stacks core mission is to help autistic job seekers find meaningful employment within inclusive employers, through the use of an accessible jobs board. through our jobs board, both job seekers can search for jobs and connect with employers that are looking to diversify their workforce. the vision for stack came from emily, the founder, whose father and brother both have aspergers, a form of autism. throughout their lives, they have struggled with employment as traditional recruitment methods, such as phone interviews and behavioural interviews, were simply inaccessible and unfavourable to the autistic individual. however, emily's family not alone. today, over 60% of all autistic adults are unemployed, which equates to approximately 500,000 people in the uk alone. these 500,000 people equate to a large percentage of the work force, who are talented and have a lot of potential. stack has the vision to change this for the better, and help those 500,000 autistic individuals. by making
