stacs, llc was officially founded in 2013 but was originally conceived in 2006 by its founder, jason n. haffey. stand alone concepts and services (stacs) concept was to create a way that new technical professionals would be able to find projects to increase their skills and experience. over the years the concept has been added to but the core concept still remained the same, to find a merger between outsourcing (overseas), contract workers, and direct hires, thus mid-sourcing was created.
