i started my life experience in germany, leaving the warm nest of the family and start living in the big city hamburg with my sister and some friends. later i moved to the netherlands where i lived most of my life. recently i moved back to germany. for almost 20 years i had a narcisstic partner, a covert narcissist, to some specialists they are the worst! my experience has taught me a lot and my biggest take away is that our limiting beliefs can extremely harm us. also that we can change it, become the better version of ourselves! the spectrum of narcissism is wide! we all possess a bit of narcissism, and it is healthy to be a bit self-centred, because it allows us to work on our confidence, resilience, and ambition. like every personality trait if excessive it is classed as a mental illness. it does not really matter if the person who treats you like you were nothing is a diagnosed narc or extreme in his narcissistic traits. people who have not been through an experience like yo
